Brief history:
This property is owned by Joseph and Barbara Perry as an adjoining property to their home. It was lived in for over 50 years by a couple who lovingly created flower gardens and tended to the house. The owners purchased the property in March of 2011 to insure that this antique gem is preserved and enjoyed for many more years. The house has been updated as described elsewhere on this site with minimal impact to original features. It is currently fully furnished and equipped and in move-in condition.
